Camden Carriage Company Camden Carriage Company is located in the historic town of Camden, South Carolina. We provide histor helps out with weddings pulling our smallest carriage.

The Camden Carriage Company was officially established in 1998 by our founder, Joy Gensler. Michelle Marble and Danny Davis worked with her for the last seven of those fifteen years. Joy has now retired and handed the reins to Michelle and Danny, who have brought Matt Thompson and Anna Godden into the business as well. As we turn over this new leaf in the carriage business, we look forward to expa

nding our services to accommodate any special event imaginable! Our team members include Michelle, Anna, Danny, and Matt, as well as our horses; Bess, Sasha, Shadow, and Big John are our draft horses, and E.T.

Our first pony party and petting zoo. Our guests were greeted by the beautiful voice of Julie Welch singing old western songs and sacred hymns. Buckboard provided by Camden Carriage Company . Everyone enjoyed the opportunity to dig for a horse shoe, paint it then bedazzle it!

Our practice run with the Conestoga Wagon went well. Camden Carriage Company is elated to exhibit this new Wagon acquired by the Historic Camden Foundation at the Carolina Cup Saturday, April 1. Please come out to see our beautiful team of Percheron horses hitched up to this Revolutionary-era Conestoga Wagon.
