One room earth home located in the secluded rural homestead of the Western Navajo Nation and close enough to Grand Canyon east entrance to catch the sunrise or sunset on any day of the year. Every guest is aware of possible cancellation due to monsoon weather, even if it is dry in Cameron. Rain & storms north & east of our hogan impacts Tanner Wash (1/3 of the miles before Experience Hogan by the River). “🌧 JULY & AUGUST••••Please be aware that the dirt road conditions and river can be altered by unpredictable southwest monsoon weather including the rainstorms and flooding that would result in possible cancellation for your safety.” To date- we have cancelled 1 time due to this. ⛈
