Lisa Myers of Let's Go Birding is continuously designing new tours, classes and weekend adventures to provide adult birders the opportunity to learn about the bird world in a relaxed, informative, non-intimidating atmosphere. Along with having a lot of fun, people get to visit incredible places while increasing their birding skill level.

This was a great Let’s Go Birding memory that popped up. We were at the Yolo Bypass enjoying birds and bats. Those were the days, before Covid, when our local tour bus company partnered with me to take us birding everywhere I wanted to see birds, AND tow the “Birdaloo”.

Yesterday was our last day of birding Belize before returning home. We were in boats birding the waters off Crooked Tree when the rain, thunder and lightening arrived, we waited it out along with the birds. It was over in 15 minutes. 📷 - Black-collared Hawk - Helen Daly

When we are out birding we also stop for creatures. Sometimes we get closer and sometimes we walk the other way.

We’ve had a great day. We start each morning birding the Crystal Paradise Resort gardens. After breakfast we headed to the jungles of Chiquibul Forest Reserve, and on the way back we had great success in the Mountain Pine-Forest reserve. Two different habitats with different species.
