Aug.10th-August 31st (one cottages)
Aug. 31st-Sept 28th (both cottages)
Seasonal Rate (First week in June through the last week in August):
$525.00 + $28.88 tax per week = $553.88
$80.00 + $4.40 tax per week= $84.40

Off Season Rate (May 12th-June 2nd & Sept. 1st - Oct. 13th):
$425.00 + $23.38 tax per week = $448.38
$65.00 + $3.58 tax per week= $68.58

Perfect summer vacation spot includes access to beach, fire pit, dock, picnic table and a small boat!
Plenty of open space for a volleyball/badminton net or other yard games. Fully furnished two bedroom cottage, includes sun room, air conditioner, indoor plumbing, shower, extra pull-out bed, and kitchen stocked w/ utensils.
