Just a reminder that more than 50 Western NC mountain towns have reopened to visitors since Hurricane Helene hit in September 2024, and many of them DESPERATELY need more visitors.

The $$$ you spend while visiting local attractions, staying in locally-owned hotels/B&Bs, dining at local restaurants, and buying from local stores is absolutely vital to local economies that have suffered HUGE losses over the last 5 months.

Please remember them as you plan your 2025 travel adventures! ❤

Efforts are underway to reopen the Blue Ridge Parkway, and although there is still much work to be done, progress is being made. In the meantime, there are many other scenic drives around Asheville and the surrounding areas that are worth exploring. The local community is working hard to rebuild and recover, and they would greatly appreciate support from visitors.

We have availability this weekend, so consider staying with us. You can also volunteer or bring supplies to aid in the recovery efforts. Both local businesses and the community would value your presence and support.

We have cabins available this weekend. There are some wonderful towns around us that are welcoming tourists and would appreciate your business. Restaurants and Beautiful shops. One local community in Waynesville is having there annual Apple Festival. We encourage everyone to support them and is. Thank you for your business.

We are still here. The storm tried to take us out, but we will not give up. We have most of our damage fixed, and we are open. We have power, water, and even internet. Please come support us and the small businesses that are striving to survive.
