Looking for a Landlord Helper/Handyman
Looking for a responsible handyman to handle rehabs and maintenance calls on our rental properties in Canton and Massillon.
Must be skilled in all areas of maintenance and rehabbing and property maintenance: flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting, gutters, roofing repairs, drywall, etc.
The right person will be responsible for rehabs, tenant preps, and service calls.
Ideal candidate will have experience managing and taking care of rental properties in the past.
Must have own tools and transportation. As well as ability to pick up materials as needed.
Must be honest and Drug Free
Must live in Stark County
This is not a full time position. You will be paid as a contractor as jobs are needed.
