​It’s official: As of today, May 2, Spirit Airlines has grounded all flights and begun a total wind-down of operations. If you or someone you know has travel booked with Spirit, here is the immediate "Need-to-Know" from your local travel expert:

​🛑 DO NOT GO TO THE AIRPORT. There is no staff on-site to assist with rebooking.

💰 REFUNDS: If you booked directly, Spirit is processing automatic refunds. If you booked via a travel agent, contact them immediately to manage your claim.

✈️ RESCUE FARES: Airlines like Southwest (in-person at counters), United, and Delta are offering "Rescue Fares" for stranded travelers. Act fast—these windows are short!
