A private gated entry with plenty of parking, this getaway is centrally located to wineries, breweries, Canyon Lake, Guadalupe River, Jacobs Well, Cypress Falls, and many other local attractions and activities.

Unwind at “Sandy Point”, a tastefully decorated eclectic remodeled barn with designer touches and luxury amenities. A perfect location to entertain and host friends, family, and guests with a well-stocked kitchen, wine storage, and ample seating inside and outside on the patios and decks. The downstairs has an open layout for the kitchen, dining, living room with a fireplace.

The upstairs layout of the home provides an open entertainment area with tall windows for natural lighting. You can retreat to the privacy of the master king bedroom with a spacious en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Relax and revive in this clean, comfortable abode that has brand new furniture, bedding, linens, and more.

FAWN CREEK, Luxury 2/1 cottage on the creek. Located in Canyon Lake, Texas. Just a short walk or drive to boat ramp 1 for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, floating, boat launch, boat and jet ski rentals. Private and quiet, surrounded by trees and nature, this secluded little cabin sits on almost an acre of land with beautiful Hill Country views and a wet weather creek running through it. Plenty of room to hike and explore. Firepit for roasting marshmallows or cooking hotdogs. A hammock hanging in the trees for those lazy days.
The interior furnishings are handmade one-of-a-kind unique rustic live edge tables, chairs, headboards, and side tables. The dining table is a tree stump over 100 years old with a real hook inside that was used for tying up your horse back in the day, and live edge dining chairs. Oh, don't forget to look for the bullet in the Master headboard!
Beautiful and romantic bedrooms with comfy cozy beds, new mattresses from Denver Mattress Company, luxury linens and bedding, down comforters and duvet covers, soft cotton sheets, silk shams, and fluffy pillows to make you sleep snug and warm!
Fully equipped kitchen, all stainless appliances, full size stove, dishwasher, microwave, and work station with chopping block table and utensils. dinnerware for 6 plus plenty of cups, plastic cups, pots and pans, etc.

Living with cozy leather sleeper sofa from Pottery Barn, chair and ottoman, soft s**g rug and big throw pillows everywhere to lounge around on the floor and watch TV or play games.
Outdoor area feels like you are in the mountains surrounded by nature. Watch the deer, or feed the deer while sitting on the deck. Beautiful furnishings, bar top deck with barstools, outdoor couch and chairs. Gorgeous Hill Country views and plenty of land to hike on, or just lay back in the hammock under the stars and stargaze.
This adorable cabin is just a few blocks away from boat ramp 1 and boat dock 1. Take a walk down to the water for some fishing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, or just take your cooler, floats, and towels, have a picnic, and relax by the water while watching the sailboats and water skiers.
Fawn Creek is private and secluded, but centrally located to everything in Canyon Lake, only 15 minutes to Schlitterbahn and New Braunfels, 15 minutes to Historic Gruene, Texas where you can hear all the greatest bands at Gruene Halll, or shop the antique stores, or sit outside listening to live music while sipping wine, or have dinner at the famous Gristmill Restaurant.
Go to the Canyon Lake dam, or beach area just 2.5 miles from the cabin, or 2.5 miles to the Canyon Lake Gorge with knowledgeable guides that will take you on a hike into the Gorge where you will see milky green lagoons, waterfalls, and real dinosaur tracks! Or go on a nature hike along the Guadalupe River, horseback riding, tubing the river on the horseshoe, take a tour to one of our many famous wineries like Dry Comal Creek.
Visit the San Marcos Outlet Malls located just 25 miles away, or the Alamo in San Antonio just 40 minutes away. Whatever it is you and your family and friends want to do while visiting beautiful Canyon Lake, Texas, you can be sure that you will be comfortable and well rested while renting Fawn Creek luxury cabin.

The Master bedroom is on the main floor and boasts floor to ceiling windows with huge lake views, a cozy fireplace, and sliding doors to the upper deck for that morning coffee. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated with designer touches throughout. King bed, Down comforters, duvets, comfy cozy bedding and pillows, jetted tub, walk-in shower, and fireplace make this retreat oh so cozy and romantic!

The owners have taken such pride in their home and you can tell from the moment you walk in the front door! Leather furnishings, flat screen TV's, outdoor dining and lounging furniture, fabulous open concept and eat-at bar with a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs!

Bedroom 2 has a Queen and full dresser, down comforter and duvet, 400 tc sheets, big windows, full bath with tub/shower combination, located on the opposite side of the house.

Bedroom 3 is located downstairs and boasts a full bath with shower and tub, bunk beds for the kiddos, full on bottom and twin on top, another living area, a wet bar, a private deck, and laundry room with washer and dryer and rinse sink

Sleeps 7 comfortably in beds, but there is a sleeper sofa to sleep 1 or 2 more! A $40 charge per person, per night, over 7 guests will apply when booking. Owner approval for day visitors. Parking for 4 cars maximum, or 2 cars with a truck, trailer, and boat. 7 adults maximum without owner approval. No singles parties, Bachelor parties, or bachelorette parties. Couples and families only without owner approval.

Located on the south side of the lake and just 1 block from boat ramp 5 and the Canyon Lake Golf course! Close to boat ramp 5 for swimming, fishing, skiing, and just 15 minutes to New Braunfels, or 6 miles to the most popular section of the Guadalupe to drop your tubes in.
