👶 One question I get ALL of the time from clients: Are Universal parks family-friendly for younger kids??

🌎 And on July 1st, that answer will be YES! Universal Kid's Resort will be opening, a brand new park located in Frisco, Texas designed for families with elementary aged and younger kids!

This is a great park to start with if you're not sure your younger kids can handle the thrill rides of the Orlando parks yet--and still explore lands themed after their favorite characters from movies like Trolls, Minions, and even Jurassic Park for young dino lovers! 🦖

One of my favorite parts of visiting the Disney parks--the snacks! 😋

And one of the best Disney parks for snacking (and honestly, eating in general--I love all of the food here)? Animal Kingdom! 🦁

👇These are my top three favorite snacks (with current prices!) to get in Animal Kingdom:

🧀 Baked Mac & Cheese Topped with Pulled Pork from Eight Spoon Cafe--This is on the pricier side at $12.99, but honestly, I could make a meal out of this portion of bbq pork mac and cheese!

🍟 Mr. Kamal's Seasoned Fries from Mr. Kamal's--At $6.49 or one snack credit, these fries make the perfect savory snack as you're exploring the park! I do miss when they used to offer multiple dipping sauces for these, but the sriracha mayo is still delicious!

🍍 Pineapple Crisp Sundae from Tamu Tamu Refreshments--For $7.49 out of pocket, this is a no brainer for a snack credit if you have the Disney dining plan! This sundae is sooo good--I actually preferred it to a regular pineapple dole whip! 🫢
