Master bedroom: desk with large comfortable chair. Monitor with universal docking station and printer/scanner available for your use. Turn your chair for a view of the peaceful lanaii and pool area.

Bedroom 3: sits on the corner of the house for maximum privacy. There will you will find a desk/chair with 2 external monitors and a Dell docking station - which will work with any usb-c computer connection.

The best seat in the house can be found on the lanaii overlooking the pool. Who wouldn’t want to work with that view?!?

DAB Villa II got a face lift this weekend! New roof, new reverse osmosis drinking system in the kitchen, refinished furniture in one of the bedrooms, outdoor cameras added to the security system, and decorations on the pool deck!

Who wants to relax is this beautiful heated salt-water pool? Grab a raft from the dock locker and relax in the sun. Call some friends and start a game of water volleyball or basketball. Don’t forget about the pool toys that are available for your use. If you don’t like the sun, relax under our large lanai with ceiling fans to keep you cool.

Outside you will find a small refrigerator to keep your drinks cold. A gas grill and electric smoker so you don’t have to leave for dinner. Multiple seating options are available in both the sun and the shade.
