Airbnbs-
We have Airbnbs that needs cleanings after checkouts. It needs to be someone reliable who can do the cleanings between 11-3 after checkouts. Sometimes it can be as soon as next day if someone books at night.

Needed between 3-13 times a month with one time for deeper cleaning like window sills. We have 2 airbnb and an event center.

Cleaners will be issued a 1099. So we recommend keeping mileage log etc for your tax write offs ext.

Event center- We have a medium event center that needs cleanings before each event. Basically dust mop and wet mop, wipe off bar, clean bathrooms (no tubs or showers and two toilets) wipe down kitchen if used.
Averages $20/hour.

Calling cleaning personnel in Cape Girardeau!
We need a few cleaners.

🧼We have 2 Airbnbs and one event center that need cleanings after checkouts. We need a reliable and skilled individual who can do the cleanings between 11-3 after checkouts. Sometimes it can be as soon as next day if someone books at night.

👉👉We have one primary cleaner, and if they can’t do it, then the other cleaner we have can pick it up. We need those with a good eye to clean to hotel status.

🙌 Will be needed between on average of 3-10 cleanings a month.

🧹 We use the app TurnoverBnB for scheduling, book keeping and automatic payments. So it’s required to use.

Cleaners will be issued a 1099 so you need to hold out your own taxes. So we recommend keeping mileage log and receipts used for your business for your tax write offs ext. it’s a great way to own your own business! I can help explain what that looks like if you need.

One of our airbnbs has a Summer pool so there are days you can swim if we don’t have guests and we give discounts on our venue!
