We’ve been getting a lot of inquiries about sold out tours! Once tours are sold out, they’re sold out, so book early for best availability. We’ve had high demand lately so we recommend booking at least 1 week ahead for best availability.

The nights are drawing in, so we’re drawing out the ghosts of Cape May! Our lantern-lit ghost walk will be hitting the streets this weekend Friday through Sunday at 7:30 PM, so check our events tab for tickets if you want to tag along. Friday and Saturday are already filling, so book ASAP for best availability!

Farewell summer, hello spooky season! 👻 🍂 We want to give a big thanks to everyone who joined us on our first summer season of Ghost Capers, and to all of the local businesses that supported us during our launch! We’ve been overwhelmed by the support and positivity, and can’t wait to bring even more spookiness to the streets of Cape May throughout September and October. Summer may be winding down but we were still hot on the trail of Cape May’s ghosts last weekend with both of our Thursday tours selling out along with our 8:30 tours on Friday and Saturday! We’ll be heading out on Ghost Capers this Labor Day weekend at 7:00 and 8:30 PM Thursday through Sunday before we switch to our September schedule of 7:30 PM Friday through Sunday. The passing storm may have kept us at bay Saturday night, but our 8:30 tours on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday were all sold out thanks to another intrepid group of ghost hunters! Weather Update for 8/21: Regretfully, we are canceling both the 7:00 and 8:30 tours tonight due to the threat of thunderstorms, heavy rain, and both flash and tidal flooding associated with the passing of Tropical Storm Henri. All attendees will receive full refunds via Eventbrite. Stay safe!

We begin our Cape May ghost walks at the corner of Franklin Street and Washington Street! Today, Washington Street is home to a lively and eclectic bunch of shops and restaurants, but it's also home to some lingering phantoms of the past . . . have you ever felt a chill here amidst the hustle and bustle?

It was a dark and stormy night this Friday the 13th, but luck was on our side and our Ghost Capers were able to proceed in full force! It seems like the spirits were out in full force too, since multiple guests snapped ghost orbs on camera! We’ll be hitting the streets again starting Thursday evening, and next Sunday is a full moon if you want an extra bit of magic for your tour 🌕 👻 Check our events tab for tickets!

For over 150 years, the Southern Mansion has been hosting glamorous parties on its beautiful grounds . . . but for the past 75 years, it has also been playing host to an uninvited guest! In fact, this haunting is so famous that it was once featured in an episode of the TV series Ghost Hunters, and it's also the first stop on our haunted Cape May walking tour! The rain didn’t dampen our spirits this weekend, since we sold out our Thursday, Friday, and Sunday lantern light tours and came close to selling out most of our other tours! We just finished our biggest weekend of Cape May ghost tours yet, with sold out tours on Thursday and Sunday, and nearly sold out tours on Friday and Saturday! We had a blast showing our ghost hunters the haunted sites of Cape May under the light of the full moon, and it seems like the ghosts were right there with us as multiple guests captured spirit orbs on camera! We’ll be out again next Thursday through Sunday at 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM if you want to see if you can spot some spooks yourself 👻
