Hi friends! We’re Jim and Lorrie, the proud owners of Sandy Toes Villa. Our journey to North Captiva Island started after years of enjoying the beauty of Sanibel—but like many of you, we realized we love Southwest Florida… just not the crowds!

That’s when we remembered a fishing trip that first brought us to Mainstay on North Captiva Island. One quick weekend getaway and a meet-up with a local realtor later… and here we are!

We absolutely love sharing the beauty and uniqueness of this hidden paradise with our guests. When we’re on the island, you’ll find us relaxing, taking life slow, spending time on the water, and exploring every corner of this magical place.
