If you’re thinking about staying at the Treehouse, we still have some days in February and March. We are lowering the price the sooner the dates are. So some last minute bookings are lower than they have been in 7 years. The weather and the skiing have been great.

Took some pics of the Treehouse last night and today. It’s so sad that these are the 2 last month it will be available to rent. Sept and Oct are my two favorite months. The treehouse has never looked better with all the new improvements. Some I’ve been wanting to do for more than 15 years. The last 2 groups that have stayed used the words, magical, epic and amazing multiple times. I’m not sure what happen, a few years ago I was the most viewed Airbnb in all of Colorado, 13,000 guest have me on their wishlist. I was booked 6 month in advance fully for years and now people can book a weekend anytime at the cheapest it ever been. I guess WiFi has become more important then a one of kind experience that you will remember forever. After owning it for 19 years are renting it for 9 it will be missed. The treehouse has seen so many birthdays, anniversaries, engagements. I personally have received so many smiles and Thank yous. It’s been such a blessing.
