And if you feel youâre not quite ready for a four- or seven-day trail running adventure, you can always join the (free!) Healthy Runnersâ Community to learn the fundamentals of mindful running and establish a sustainable running routine to prepare you for a live retreat.
How We Support You
Our Retreat Travel Specialists are always available to help you select which retreat is right for you and plan your travel. During the retreat, not only do you explore a beautiful destination on foot, you get to know local culture, dine on local cuisine and learn local heritage.
Your safety is our number one priority. Our retreats are organized to the highest standard in partnership with locally based guides in each destination. And your retreat leader, who is with you every day of the retreat, is your coach, guide, leader and resource for whatever you need to have the best possible retreat experience.
After the retreat ends, you continue to be a member of the Healthy Runnersâ Community, where you receive ongoing support for implementing the healthy running principles you learned during the retreat.
