👨‍🍳 Culinary Arts School 👩‍🍳

1. Culinary Art School was opened in 2003 by Javier González and his wife, Ana Laura Martínez.
       2 . The school has produced many award winning chefs, winemakers and brewers.
       3.  Have helped shape the BajaMed Cuisine.
       4.  The history of Baja California’s gastronomy mirrors the “before” and “after” of Culinary Art School.
       5.  Opened “Brecha” in 2022 for graduates to perfect their craft with a café, chocolate shop, restaurant and bakery.
      6. On our Tijuana Gastronomy Tour, we take you to CAS for a short tour then to Brecha for coffee and some sweets!

🌊 From the iconic “Tijuana” sign in Friendship Park to the historic ambiance of Caesar’s Restaurant, our journey through Tijuana and Rosarito was a true feast for the senses! Every moment was a celebration of culture, cuisine, and connection. 🇲🇽 We are glad the group enjoyed every minute!😉
