This is what a cooking school at sea actually looks like. 👇

Oceania Cruises' Culinary Center is the first hands-on cooking school ever built at sea — and watching it in action is something else entirely.

World-class chef instructors. A state-of-the-art kitchen on board. Classes built around the destinations you're sailing through. One day you're learning to prepare fresh pasta inspired by a morning in Rome. The next it's Alaskan seafood techniques after a day in Juneau.

This isn't a cruise ship cooking demonstration. This is a real culinary education — at sea.
The Culinary Center is available as an add-on to your Oceania voyage and is one of the most talked-about experiences on board for a reason.

We are a preferred partner with Oceania Cruises — which means our clients get exclusive fares and perks you won't find anywhere else. Right now that includes $250 onboard credit on veranda staterooms and above. New bookings only, deposited by May 31.

For the traveler who plans a trip around the food — this is your cruise line. Message us.

We have a new cruise partner of the month — and this one comes with perks you won't find anywhere else. 👇

Oceania Cruises is May's featured partner and what that means for you is access to fares, savings, and exclusive bonus amenities that simply aren't available when you book direct or anywhere else online.

Here's why that matters right now:
As a preferred partner, we have a relationship with Oceania that gives our clients something extra — including an exclusive $250 onboard credit when you book a Veranda stateroom or above this month. New bookings only, deposited by May 31.
But the bonus is just the beginning.

Oceania is one of the most awarded cruise lines in the world — and one of the most misunderstood. Small, luxurious ships. Adults-only sailings. The finest cuisine at sea (that's trademarked, and earned). Over 600 destinations worldwide, with more time spent in port than any other luxury line.
This isn't your average cruise. And this isn't your average booking situation.

All month we're pulling back the curtain on everything Oceania — the food, the art studio, the destinations, the ships, the experiences you didn't know were included. Stay with us.
But if you already know you're ready? Message us today. May 31 comes fast.

If Spain is on your list, Andalusia is the part that stays with you.

Titanium Intimate Journeys is running a small group Andalusia tour in 2026 — and I have access to spots on both departures. Max 10 guests. Two dates: June 1–8 and October 1–8.

Here's what 8 days looks like:
🌊 Málaga (Days 1–2)
You arrive to a panoramic city tour, the 11th-century Alcazaba fortress, and a welcome dinner of fresh fried fish right on the seafront. Day 2 is a full day in Ronda — a town literally perched on the edge of a gorge, with a bridge that stops you in your tracks.
🏛️ Granada (Days 3–4)
The Alhambra, included — one of the most breathtaking Moorish palaces in the world. That evening, tapas and drinks at two of Granada's top spots. Day 4 is the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel, the winding streets of the Albayzín, and Sacromonte — Granada's flamenco quarter carved into the hillside.
🕌 Córdoba (Day 5)
The Mezquita — a mosque-cathedral that is unlike anything else in Europe. A medieval synagogue. Lunch at Bodegas Campos, one of Córdoba's most celebrated restaurants. Then the group transfers to Seville.
💃 Seville + Jerez (Days 6–7)
A full day in Seville: the world's largest Gothic cathedral, the Giralda Tower, and a sunset boat ride on the Guadalquivir River. The final day takes you out to the white hilltop village of Arcos de la Frontera and a guided sherry tasting at Bodegas Tradición in Jerez — one of the region's finest.

Boutique hotels in Málaga and Granada. Daily breakfast. 7 guided tours + 2 exclusive dinners. Mercedes transfers. 24/7 on-the-ground support.

From $7,350 per person based on double occupancy.
June 1–8 or October 1–8, 2026.

Message me directly and I'll get you all the details. Two chances to go — spots are limited on both.

If France has been on your list, this is the trip that actually does it justice.

Titanium Intimate Journeys is running a small group history & art tour through Paris and Normandy this spring and fall — and I have access to spots. Max 10 guests total.

Here's what 8 days looks like:
🗼 Paris
You land and go straight into a gourmet walk through Le Marais — cheeses, pastries, charcuterie, macarons.
Day 2 is the Louvre and Île de la Cité with a specialist guide.
Day 3 is Montmartre in the morning and a dinner cruise on the Seine at night with the Eiffel Tower lit up beside you.
🏰 Versailles + Normandy
Skip-the-line Versailles, lunch in the city center, then a dedicated group transfer to Bayeux. From there — the D-Day beaches. Omaha. Pointe du Hoc. The American Cemetery. It's a full day that's equal parts history lesson and tribute to something much bigger than a vacation. Then Mont Saint-Michel — a medieval island abbey rising from the sea that genuinely doesn't look real.
🌸 Giverny + Back to Paris
The last morning is Monet's house and gardens — the Japanese bridge, the lily ponds, the exact spots that inspired some of the most recognized paintings in the world. Then a comfortable drive back to Paris for one final night.

Boutique hotels in Paris and Bayeux. Daily breakfast. 7 guided tours + a Seine dinner cruise. Mercedes transfers. 24/7 on-the-ground support.

June 10-17, 2026
October 29 – November 5, 2026.

If you've ever said "I want to travel for the food" — this one's for you.
Titanium Intimate Journeys is running a small group foodie tour through San Sebastián and Bordeaux this September, and I have access to spots. Max 10 guests. That's it.

Here's what 8 days looks like:
🇪🇸 Night one — a private dinner at a members-only Basque gastronomic club. Not a restaurant. A club. With a private chef, local wines, and access visitors simply don't get.
🇪🇸 Days 2–4 — pintxos crawls through San Sebastián, the Guggenheim in Bilbao, Flysch cliffs at Zumaia, and a Txakoli wine tasting at a family winery paired with Idiazabal cheese and Iberian ham.
🇫🇷 Day 5 — a scenic coastal drive into France with lunch in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, then a welcome wine dinner waiting for you in Bordeaux.
🇫🇷 Days 6–7 — a gourmet walking tour through UNESCO-listed Bordeaux (canelés, chocolate, charcuterie, wine in the streets), followed by a full day at two Grand Cru Classé châteaux in Saint-Émilion and Pomerol.

Boutique hotels. Daily breakfast. 6 guided tours + 2 exclusive dinners. Mercedes transfers. 24/7 on-the-ground support.
September 15–22, 2026.
