Carmel Honey Company Beginning as a school assignment to becoming a family-operated business, we care about supplying authentic honey and educating everyone along the way.

It all started from a 5th grade homework assignment to create a website. Not only did Jake get an A, he discovered a passion for sharing his knowledge about bees -- this is what inspired him to found the Carmel Honey Company. Now, we’re a family-owned business, directly involved in giving back to our community, investing in bee research, and educating the world about the precious honey bee. Our cu
