The Carnival Celebration was created with the idea of celebrating the 50 years of Carnival Cruise Line. I believe the car pictured was on Carnival Ecstasy on our first cruise in 1994! This led to our getting in this wonderful business in 1995. Many other objects celebrating Carnival’s history were on board. Pictured are some of the special views of the ocean we get to see on sea days. Our group is pictured in our favorite bar: The Golden Jubilee Bar. My favorite dessert in the world is Carnival’s Chocolate Melting Cake and I had that dessert every night of the cruise! Last, my first meal on board was at Shaq’s Big Chicken Restaurant. I had the Shaq Attack and it was fantastic! Pictured with Shaq is my buddy, Marc Thomas. More to come!

This is a great time to consider booking a Carnival cruise! Cyber Savings are available through the end of the month. Tammy and I just got off the Carnival Celebration and had a terrific time! Last week we were able to vacation at the Valentin Imperial Maya on the Mexican Riviera with some of our best friends. I was walking on the beach early in the morning a few days after we arrived when I spotted a Carnival cruise ship on the horizon. It was fairly threatening that morning and I thought that seeing the Carnival ship, bathed in golden sunlight, surrounded by stormy skies and a rough sea was a great omen for the travel industry coming out of the pandemic. Let’s hope this comes true, as I had almost forgotten how much fun it is to travel. Enjoy!
