Okay okay, let’s cook:

First of all, this looks like the happiest hostage situation I’ve ever seen. Dad's giving “I just wanted a quiet vacation” energy, while the kid in the back’s throwing up peace signs like it’s a school photo day on a Disney cruise. And Mom’s smiling like she just found out the souvenir shop has wine slushies.

Also, shoutout to the Marshall Electric shirt—man’s clearly ready to fix a breaker panel mid-vacation. No days off. Respect.

Even if your cruise line does not require you to have a passport, we STRONGLY recommend it for all international cruises. Not only is it convenient for getting on and off the ship, but it can really save the day if a health or family emergency requires you to quickly get back to the United States. Without a passport, you would have to get an emergency passport by visiting a U.S. embassy or consulate in order to fly home. Don't take the chance and pack your passport just in case. Find more tips at travel.state.gov/cruise.

*Note: Passport cards cannot be used for international air travel, so we recommend bringing a regular passport book

We just returned from our Disney Dream cruise and I wanted to share some details over the next few days! It was such a great experience. We had a good mix of activities and relaxing, at our own pace. Multiple daily character meets, many food options, kids clubs, adult only sections- including pool areas, lounges, and adult only restaurants- movies at the theater and outdoors, live shows and more, they had something for everyone.
✨️ We flew on Allegiant from Belleville to Fort Lauderdale, with Port Everglades just a few miles from the airport with many hotel options near by.
✨️ Embarkation & debarkation were seamless with many helpful staff and signage to direct us.
✨️ We had an interior stateroom that had a magical porthole with a live feed to the outside.
✨️ The kids club had open house hours which allowed us all to go in and see the set up. They have a very secure check in and check out system, and so much space and activities for kids!
✨️ Rotational dining meant we had the same wait staff and table number each night but at different restaurants. There were also many grab and go options available as well as room service 24/7. ALL INCLUDED IN YOUR CRUISE FARE! Plus, ice cream cones and soft drinks, tea, and coffee on the pool decks, all included!
