Help Us Feed Our Amazing Tolt Staff!

Curriculum Night is coming up on Thursday, September 10th, and our incredible Tolt staff will be here making the evening a success for our students and families.

Let’s show our appreciation by making sure they have a delicious dinner to keep them fueled and ready to go! We’re looking for Tolt families who would be willing to help provide dinner for our amazing staff.

Please deliver to the staff lounge between 3:00 - 4:00pm.

Cedarcrest MTB has an upcoming free event on August 15 where students in grades 5 - 12 can come on a bike ride with the team to see if they would like to join for the fall season. No commitments required!

We’re Looking for a Few Awesome People to Join Our PTSA Team!

Do you love our school, enjoy making a difference, and want to be part of a fun group of parents who care about our students? We’d love to have you join us!

The PTSA is looking to fill three exciting leadership roles for the upcoming year:

- Fundraising Chair: Help support our school by leading fundraising efforts throughout the year, including concessions, the school dance, and any new creative fundraising ideas you’d like to bring to life! This is a great opportunity to use your creativity, connect with our community, and help provide amazing opportunities for our students.

- Legislative Representative: Help keep our community informed and be a voice for education advocacy by sharing important updates and opportunities for families to get involved.

- Reflections Lead: Help coordinate our annual Reflections Art Program and celebrate the creativity, imagination, and talents of our students.

No experience? No problem! We’re a group of women who love to laugh, have fun, support our school, and make a positive impact for our kids. We’re looking for more amazing people to join our team, bring new ideas, and be part of the magic that happens behind the scenes.

As the 2025–2026 school year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect with gratitude. Serving on the PTSA Board this year has been an incredible privilege. Together, we supported students, celebrated teachers and staff, organized events, built community, and worked to create opportunities that enriched the school experience for all.

None of this would have been possible without the countless volunteers, families, educators, administrators, community partners, and students who showed up, pitched in, and made a difference. Every hour volunteered, every event attended, every donation made, and every act of support helped strengthen our school community.
We are proud of what we accomplished together, but even more proud of the spirit of collaboration, generosity, and care that defines our school.

To our outgoing board members: thank you for your dedication, leadership, and commitment to our students and families.

To our incoming board and volunteers: we are excited to see the great things you will accomplish in the year ahead.

As we head into summer, we wish all of our students, families, teachers, and staff a season filled with rest, adventure, and time with loved ones.

As the school year comes to a close, the TMS PTSA was honored to host an end-of-year lunch celebrating our incredible teachers and staff. It was a wonderful opportunity to recognize outgoing staff members, celebrate special award recipients, and thank everyone for their dedication to our students throughout the year.

A special congratulations to our very own Sabrina Foust, who was recognized with the Golden Acorn Award for her outstanding volunteer service and commitment to our school community. We are so grateful for all she does and are thrilled to see her receive this well-deserved honor!

Thank you to all of our teachers, staff, volunteers, and families for making this year such a success. We wish our outgoing staff members all the best in their next adventures and hope everyone enjoys a well-deserved, restful summer!

Congratulations to all our honorees, and thank you for making TMS such a special place to learn and grow. Have a fantastic summer!

Thanks to all our volunteers who helped make Italian sodas and handed out otter pops for all our Tolt Bears at field day! We couldn’t do all these fun things without your help 💙 🐻 💙

We’re looking for a volunteer to wear the Tolt Bear mascot costume during the CHS Senior Parade tonight at 6pm! This is a fun way to help celebrate our graduating seniors and bring some extra school spirit to the event.
