We are excited for the new, permanent, 10 story Ferris Wheel a short walk away!

The new Ferris Wheel is starting to arrive!! Here is what we are told about this year’s schedule: 🎡
“If all goes well, the new permanent Ferris Wheel and hopefully some other carnival rides will be open by Easter with the remainder opening Memorial Day weekend.
The Ferris Wheel will stay open from April-November and on special events through the year. The main carnival will be open Memorial until Labor Day.”

FYI! Good thing we have two parking spots for our guests and are walking distance to everything 😉. While everyone else pays $15-25/day, our guests simply open the gate to the beach access, or stroll across the parking lot to the boardwalk.

Paid parking begins March 1st in Carolina Beach; all Town operated lots and metered spaces will enforce paid parking 8AM-8PM, Monday-Sunday. CB residents and property owners can purchase their digital parking passes at Town Hall, the parking office (located at 1708 Canal Dr.), or online at: https://carolinabeach.thepermitportal.com/
2022 annual Freeman Park permit sales end March 1st; permits may be purchased online at: https://bit.ly/3HtdKw1 and picked up at Town Hall or the parking office (located at 1708 Canal Dr.) ; only daily access passes will be sold after March 1st.
