A leak from upstairs resulted in this in our kitchen. There is one room untouched, that is all.
What have we learned?
1. Make sure you have great insurance that includes rental coverage. We will be losing a minimum of 13 weeks, and possibly more in the busy season.
2. Back to that great insurance, they are managing the entire project. Thrilled with that.
3. AirBnb support is OUTSTANDING. Have never had to call before, but after this, not only are they having to cancel weeks at a time of renters, but they also are helping them find another place. Very impressed.
4. We were completely booked until August. Hopefully our July renters will be coming to a better than before house! And for those looking for an August vacation, we'll be anxiously awaiting your arrival at the better than before Blue House.
