Paddle NC Paddle NC is the premier paddling company in North Carolina. With 3 locations from Carolina Beach State Park to Hammocks Beach State Park, all on the water!

We strive to make your paddling experience an excellent one. Paddle NC was founded in 2013 after the owner, Walt, spent 10 years building his company Hidden Reef Eco Tours on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. When he returned to North Carolina he envisioned a kayak touring and rental company that allowed people the opportunity to see the beautiful waters of the coast the way we love to see them

; from the water. In 2013 he opened our locations at Carolina Beach State Park, near Wilmington, and Hammocks Beach State Park, near Swansboro, offering kayak tours and rentals as well as stand up paddleboard (SUP) tours and rentals. In 2014 a third location opened on North Topsail Island offering those same services in the Topsail Island Sound. 2016 opened another chapter for Paddle NC as the Jacksonville location opened, offering services on New River. Now in 2017, we are excited to open a location in Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, near Kure Beach, providing surf board rentals and instruction, beach chair and umbrella rentals, SUP rentals, body board rentals, bike rentals, and beach game rentals.
