A recent guest review gave us pause — and was disappointing as we are usually spoiled with 5 star reviews but then we realized it was a brilliant way to market our house.
The guest mentioned there were “too many stairs” in our custom-designed, ocean-view beach house with a rooftop lounge, luxury finishes, and yes, an actual elevator.
The flow of the house was “not what they expected.” They actually had to access the pool on the ground level by stairs or elevator through a side gate or the garage. 🫣
Our second coffee maker was underperforming (we love our coffee too and that’s why we provide two in case that happens.)
The hurricane door? Built like a vault. It may take a second, but it opens to paradise.
And while they were adjusting to the stairs and layout, they were also greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and a curated welcome basket — because no matter what, we believe your vacation should start with a warm gesture and a good pour.
Their feedback overall was not wrong about stairs or our elevator. This place has:
• Multiple levels of stunning views accessed by stairs depending on what floor you’re on
• A slow-moving, bougie elevator (because rushing is for Monday mornings)
• A layout designed for living, not just sleeping
• Three separate decks with comfortable seating for sunrise coffees, sunset cocktails, and everything in between
• Two private outdoor showers to rinse off the beach without dragging sand inside- one on the rooftop!
• A pool so exclusive, you access it through the garage or side gate
• A garage fully stocked with beach chairs, toys, pool floats, and wagons to get everything down to the beach with ease
The fun doesn’t stop there- we offer:
• A full-size pool table
• An outdoor spa
• A massive library of books for all ages
• Board games, card games, and other family favorites
• An arcade game console with over 100 games
• Seven televisions
• A library of DVDs
• A dedicated kids’ library
• Three separate living room sitting areas to spread out or come together
And that’s just scratching the surface. There are so many other thoughtful features, but we’d hate to bore you with all our mediocrity.
Sure, sometimes things need a quick fix. Whether it’s a service call for the pool or a question about a door, our exceptional local property managers are on it right away. We care deeply about your stay and take pride in delivering a seamless, high-end experience.

We understand this house might be too much for some.
Too much space. Too much view. Too many stairs to the rooftop.
But for those looking for something truly special, something elevated, and something worth the climb, it’s just right.
If you’re looking for a one-floor rental with no surprises and no personality, this may not be the one.
