Announcing the 40th California Avocado Festival poster! Twenty four year old a computer scientist made this beautiful painting for the festival. She wanted her poster to emulate vintage National Park and travel posters, which often transform landscapes into something iconic and inviting. She designed the crate of avocados to lead the eye into the landscape, celebrating not only the fruit itself, but also where it comes from. Shirts and posters will be available for purchase at the festival October 2-4 in downtown Carpinteria. Congratulations. Elektra Caffrey! ✌️💚🥑

The California Avocado Festival’s success is due to the wonderful volunteers just like you! Each year we recruit more than 150 volunteers from the community. Join us this year and pick from one of thse fun areas: Beer Booth, Merch Booth or Load In/Out Crew.
