Shell Yeah Charters is ready to make dreams of big fish come true! Private Deep Sea Fishing Charter at its best. Captain Pat will teach you how to fish no matter what your skill level or experience may be.

Captain Pat specializes in bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, business trips, girls’ day out trips and kids are always welcome too. Captain Pat will customize the trip to meet your expectations, weather conditions and seasons. Shell Yeah Charters offers Bay/Nearshore and Offshore fishing trips, Island Hopping, Shelling and Eco sight seeing tours. Come experience Apalachee Bay, Dog Island, St. George Island, Little St. George Island, St. Vincent Island and the Intercoastal Waterway/Apalachicola River. Shell Yeah Charters owns Gulf of Mexico Federal Charter Boat Reef and Pelagic Permits. These permits allow the “U Know” to fish for hire beyond the State Waters and allows adventures into the deeper Federal Waters where the BIG FISH live. Specializing in Offshore bottom fishing for Red Snapper, Red Grouper, Gag Grouper, Kingfish, Mahi Mahi, Amberjack, Cobia, Lane Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Vermillion Snapper, Sharks and many other reef fish. Nearshore/Bay fishing specialties include Sheepshead, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Black Sea Bass, Ruby Red Lip Snapper, Spanish Mackerel and King Fish. Captain Pat’s promise to you is that you will be yelling “Shell Yeah!” and handing out a lot of High Fives during the trip. All about the “U Know”- A Federally Permitted Charter Boat. Ride the seas on a 2017 Seafox 246 Commander 24’4” center console powered by a 2022 Suzuki 300 HP motor. Maximum speed is 47 mph with an average cruise speed of 30 mph
The U Know is equipped with updated electronics, weather satellite, safety equipment, portable toilet, custom spray curtains, wireless trolling motor, and live baitwell. The U Know is licensed for up to six passengers but Captain Pat recommends an offshore trip of up to 5 people fishing for maximum comfort. Captain Pat/Shell Yeah Charters will meet you at the city boat ramp in Carrabelle, Florida. “Get Hooked” on the Forgotten Coast. Carrabelle is a quaint fishing town and a great place to experience fishing on the Gulf of Mexico. Shell Yeah Charters provides all fishing equipment, licenses, bait, ice, drink cooler and bottled water. Please bring along your snacks, lunch, drinks (no glass containers), sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, rain jacket/gear, and a large cooler to take home your catch. Fish cleaning available.

Friday Funday with good guys out of Thomas and Colquitt County, Georgia. They kept a limit of nice Red Grouper and released a pile of Grouper. The biggest Red Grouper was over 17 lbs with a close second and third place. The Red Snapper bite wasn't so good with only one keeper and a few shorts. A few fish taco Snappers were put on ice.

The winner of my giveaway trip Alex Bundy brought his wife, son, and friend along for a epic 8-hour Offshore fishing trip out of Carrabelle, Florida. His wife caught the biggest Grouper. It was almost 19 lbs. Alex caught the biggest Snapper that was over 17 lbs and another at 16lbs. They limited out on Red Snapper and Red Grouper. I found two new fishing spots today. Pictures of Wednesday and Friday's 6-hour Nearshore Trips with returning South Georgia and North Georgia Folks. All fish caught in 52-65 ft of water. Squid and Cigar minnows put some fish in the box. Today's heat with no wind was painful but they powered thru to load up on some fresh fish. I saw the pictures yesterday from my customers Wednesday trip with some Grunts and Grits. Looked amazing! I'm sure they feed their 94 1/2 year old Dad that helped catch them but didn't want to be in the picture. I sure hope that I'm capable of ripping lips at 94. Thanks for your business !

We're back home from a beach vacation on St George Island. The week went by to quick. My Great Nephew, niece, and her husband came over from Mexico Beach and went with me on Friday for a family trip. We limited out on Red Snapper and Red Grouper. It was a beautiful day on the Gulf of America. Happy 250 years of Independence!
