PSA: Universal Orlando packages are open for 2026 AND 2027 and there are actually some good deals on the table right now.
Let's talk about it.
Universal has completely leveled up. We're not talking about the Universal you visited 10 years ago with your parents. There are now four theme parks: Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay, and the brand new Universal Epic Universe. This place is now a full week's worth of vacation and honestly? It's giving Disney a serious run for its money.
What's waiting for you at Epic Universe:
Epic Universe takes you through five immersive worlds packed with thrills and excitement, including the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (Ministry of Magic, which is completely different from the one at Islands of Adventure), Super Nintendo World, and more. It's not a small addition. It is a whole entire park. And it opened in 2025, which means by the time you go, the "new park chaos" has already settled down. You're welcome.
THE DEALS (here's where it gets good)
FOR 2026 TRAVEL (April 30 through December 16, 2026):
Universal just dropped a Buy 3 Days, Get 2 Days Free deal. You can get a 3-Day Park-to-Park plus Volcano Bay with 2 days free, covering all 4 parks every day, or go with a 3-Day Park-to-Park with 2 days free across Epic Universe, Universal Studios Florida, and Islands of Adventure. That's 5 days of park time for the price of 3. I'll do the math for you: that's a really solid deal.
Stack that with a $300 free hotel dining credit on a 5-night or longer stay at Cabana Bay, Stella Nova, Terra Luna, or Aventura Hotel, plus up to $200 off your total package with the Bundle and Save discount. You can potentially triple-dip on savings. Not bad, Universal. Not bad at all.
One heads up: Volcano Bay is closing for maintenance starting October 26, 2026, with a planned reopening on or before March 24, 2027. So if Volcano Bay is on your must-do list, plan accordingly.
FOR 2027 TRAVEL:
You can lock in 2027 right now and save up to 30% at Cabana Bay, Aventura Hotel, Stella Nova Resort, or Terra Luna Resort, plus get a $200 hotel dining credit on stays of 7 nights or more.(ask me why I recommend staying at a Premier Hotel at Universal.)
Here's the thing about 2027 specifically: hotel prices are going up. Stella Nova and Terra Luna were under $200 a night in early 2026. Prices for January 2027 are already over $300 at both properties. So if you want the Epic Universe hotels at a better rate, sooner is smarter.
Quick reminder of what you get just for staying on site:
Early park admission up to an hour before the parks open, complimentary shuttle transportation, complimentary merchandise delivery back to your room, and resort-wide charging privileges on your room key. And if you stay at one of the Signature Collection hotels (Hard Rock, Portofino Bay, or Royal Pacific), you get free Universal Express Unlimited at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, which is worth a significant chunk of change on its own.
One thing to know on Epic Universe Express Passes specifically: the Epic Universe Express Pass is a standalone product that must be purchased separately, even if you're at a Signature hotel. It's not included anywhere. We'll add it to your package as soon as 2027 passes are released.
Whether you're ready to book 2026 before summer is gone or you want to lock in 2027 before those hotel prices climb any higher, I've got you.
Drop me a message and let's figure out what makes sense for your family.
