It is made up of 32 islands and cays, with St. Vincent being the mainland, which makes this area a perfect place to island hop and is why sailing and yachting enthusiasts flock here. Kingstown is the capital and the largest city of Saint Vincent.
The island is volcanic by nature and is the only island in the Grenadines to showcase unique black sand beaches. 🌋

Often referred to as the ‘critter capital of the Caribbean’, you can expect to experience lots of marine sightings while diving and snorkeling, including manta rays, squid, frogfish and sometimes even reef sharks. 🦈
Anchor Reef, off the coast of Kingstown is where you’ll find a rare black coral garden and where you may encounter sea horses and octopuses. 🐙

When visiting Saint Vincent you must see the crater of the La Soufriere volcano which involves an adventurous 3-4 hour hike (roundtrip) on the Windward Trail where you can take in the beautiful scenery of the rainforest, cloud forest and countryside. ☁️
