Hey y'all, Trolley Tim here! I believe summer weather has finally arrived and with school out now, it's officially the days of summer (even though summer doesn't technically start until 6/21/2026). So why not start the summer off with a trolley ride around beautiful Casey, IL. You'll see all the Big Things, learn some things, and most of all have lots of fun. Rides today start at 11:30AM & continue every 90 minutes afte throughout the day. And then tomorrow (Saturday) rides start at 10:00AM & continue every 90 minutes throughout the day. All aboard!!!

Such a fun time on the Hometown Trolley Tours trolley with this awesome school group. Last year the group all squeezed together in one trolley ride, but this year the number has grown & we had to split into two rides. A big thanks to Terry Yates for all his support on this & also told Julie Brooke from The Big Dipper for the tour & serving us up some wonderful ice cream! Last but not least, a special shout out to the teacher that all these kids agree is second to none Miss Crissy Higginbotham! Looking forward to next year already!

Hey y'all, Trolley Tim here. The weather makes it feel like fall but I promise it's spring. The Hometown Trolley Tours trolley is off and running on its normal spring schedule (Fri & Sat only until June) with rides starting at 10:00AM & continuing every 90 minutes. As always, tickets can be purchased at the Inklusive Outfitters (formerly Model Tees) store behind the giant pencil. Tickets prices for the 2026 season are: Adults - $20, Kids & Seniors - $15. Come ride the trolley where we always have fun and we always learn something. Hope to see you soon. All aboard!

Hey y'all, Trolley Tim here. We have been working hard over the last couple weeks to give the Hometown Trolley Tours trolley an upgraded look. It is an ongoing project but I wanted to take a minute to share a few pictures showing off our progress. More upgrades are still coming, so be on the lookout. Along with this, we've added many new trolley, "Big Things," & Pokémon items (shirts, puzzles, stickers, bumper stickers, postcards...) and so much more inside the Inklusive Outfitters (formerly Model Tees) store. Be sure to stop in & check those out!

Trolley rides start today at 10:00AM & continue every 90 minutes throughout the day. And starting today, with each trolley ride purchase you'll receive an awesome new commemorative ticket to help you remember your ride. Remember, if you don't ride the trolley you're not going to experience all that Casey has to offer as well as missing a lot of fun! Hope to see you soon! All aboard!

Hey y'all, Trolley Tim here! We are in the process of giving the trolley a makeover. The first phase is almost complete giving it a sharp new look. Keep an eye out for us around town and feel free to share our new look. More updates to our look will be coming in the near future as we continue to improve on the look of this famous Casey landmark. Buy your tickets soon to be one of the first to ride the always fun Hometown Trolley with its fancy new look! Currently rides run on Friday & Saturday starting at 10:00AM and continuing every 90 minutes (weather permitting of course). All aboard!

Hey y'all! Trolley Tim here. It's Good Friday which with temps scheduled to be in the 70s that makes it a good Friday for a trolley ride (as long as Mother Nature cooperates & keeps the rain away)! Rides start at 10:00AM & continue every 90 minutes throughout the day. Tickets can be purchased at Inklusive Outfitters (formerly Model Tees) behind the big pencil. All aboard!!!

Hey y'all! Trolley Tim here. For some reason there has been some confusion lately with people so just wanted to pop on and make a post to try to clear things up. Now that we've made it through the Labor Day holiday, Model Tees Trolley Tours has moved to our spring & fall schedule for regular rides. Regular scheduled rides are now on Fridays at 12:30, 1:45, 3:00, & 4:15 and Saturdays at 10:00, 11:15, 12:30, 1:45, 3:00, & 4:15.
We are still scheduling private rides for groups of six or more and step-on tours (typically for bigger groups where we step on your coach & do the tour) outside of these time slots as we have the availability. These rides can be done by calling the Model Tees store at 217-932-5050 during normal business hours.
Also, for those of you who haven't been to Casey in a while, the Model Tees store is located at 8 W. Main St right behind the big pencil (not down by the bird cage at 22 W. Main St as that is now a store called The Little Things of Casey, LLC.) Tickets can be purchased during normal business hours at Model Tees (home of the giant Pokemon ball).
Hopefully this will clear up the confusion and simplify things for those not familiar with the changes over the past few years. I look forward to seeing you and don't forget that you haven't seen the town until you've seen it with me on the trolley! All aboard!

Hey y'all Trolley Tim here! We were poppin' on trolley today. The first 5 rides were full capacity & we had 2 additional rides that were partially full. We met a lot of new friends from near & far & add to that participating in the Popcorn Festival parade. It was a full day but definitely a fun one! We start back tomorrow at 2:00PM & are looking forward to another fun day on the trolley. Pop in & join us. All aboard!
