El Corralito Cantina is a must stop for me in Ensenada. A true Ensenada classic opened in 1966, I go there every time I visit. it is tucked into the busy tourist strip, but make no mistake, this is everything you want from a Baja bar. The food is authentic, vibrant, and full of mexican character, just like the cantina and it's staff. when you visit tell Lee, the bartender that Michael sent you, and say Hi for me, he will take care of you! Where are the trill seekers? Would you swing ouut over the sea 120 feet in above the water on one of Carnival's rope courses? Just an FYI.... if it feels like the ropes are shaking... they don't make the ropes shake...that's just your legs!

I bet you didng have cave exploration in mind that last time you thought of visiting the Caribbean right? But that's exactly what we did in Curacao. Hato Caves is an impressive cathedral like cave full of stalagmites and stalactites and some amazing almost artistic formations in them. Wish You Were Here?
