Each year the Cave City Watermelon Festival invites you to "come home" for family, friendship, and fun. With a parade, live entertainment, crafts, food, games for all ages, antique tractors, a car show, and much more, there is literally something for everyone. Since 1980, we have been celebrating our town and its rich history of producing the world’s sweetest watermelons. The festival has prospere

We’re incredibly honored and grateful to share that the Cave City Watermelon Festival has been nominated for the Cave City Area Chamber of Commerce Excellence in Community Service Award! 🍉

This nomination means so much to our committee. The Watermelon Festival has always been about more than a weekend of fun—it’s about community, tradition, and giving back. Our volunteers dedicate countless hours year after year to ensure the festival continues to be a welcoming, family-friendly event that our region can be proud of.

We’ve got some hometown pride to share! 🍉💚

Please help us congratulate our very own board member and friend, Tyler Parsley, on being nominated for Promoter of the Year at the Arkansas Country Music Awards!

Tyler has a true heart for our community and a deep love for live music. He works behind the scenes to support artists and bring memorable entertainment to Cave City and beyond, and we’re so proud to see that dedication recognized.

✨ Fan voting will be open March 1–March 14 on the Arkansas Country Music Awards website, and winners in each category will be announced at the awards ceremony on Monday, June 1, at the University of Central Arkansas.

Don’t worry—we’ll remind everyone when it’s time to vote! Until then, join us in wishing Tyler a big congratulations and lots of luck. We’re cheering you on! 🎶👏
