Did you know that Chester County hosts the world's largest population of Rocky Shoal Spider Lilies? Every spring these beautiful lilies bloom along the Catawba River. 🛶📸

Landsford Canal State Park offers the perfect opportunity to see these flowers at their peak during their annual Lilyfest. This year the event will be held on Saturday, May 16 & Sunday, May 17 from 10am-3pm (both days). Be sure to mark your calendars for this incredible once-a-year event! We hope to see you there!

Sunday was an absolute dream of a day for some Lake Murray Birdwatching. We ended the day with 21 species with highlights being a personal high of 88 Common Loons counted, a Flying-V formation by some White Pelicans, and a rare Pacific Loon! Our first trip of the season is Thursday and we can't wait to see what else is moving through the Lake Murray!
