Brian Head Resort opens for summer next weekend ( June 12th). Are you ready to beat the heat at 10,000 feet with a summer of adventure on the mountain? 🏞️🚵

The sun is shining, the temperatures are climbing, and summer is in full swing in southern Utah! Are you and prepared to avoid heatstroke while you're out and about? 🤒💧

Our friends at Intermountain Cedar City Hospital joined us to share some tips on recognizing, avoiding, and treating heat stroke while you're here.

💧 Hydrate! Staying hydrated makes a big difference.
🤒 Dress appropriately for the weather.
⛱️ Take breaks, find some shade, and pace yourself!
