Exciting news for the entire Cedar Valley! Construction is underway at the soon to be 126 room Holiday Inn & Suites which is accompanied by a brand new 14,000+ sq. ft. event center in the Gateway Park district off of Hudson Rd and Ridgeway. This innovative hotel and event center is set to open mid 2019 and will increase development in the area.

On April 26th, we as a company received the 2018 Milton Overman CFU Energy Conservation Award being recognized for the contribution to the ongoing economic success in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
