Aruba gets relatively little rainfall, outside the main hurricane belt means the island has a hot, dry, semi-arid/desert-like landscape. That’s why you can see cacti and dry, rocky terrain just a short distance from beautiful white-sand beaches.

One of the biggest reasons people say they’re afraid to cruise is because they think they’ll feel the ship rocking the entire time.

Modern cruise ships are much larger and more stable than many people realize. They also use stabilizers beneath the water to help reduce the side-to-side rocking motion.

That doesn’t mean you’ll never feel movement—rough seas and where you are on the ship can make a difference. But many first-time cruisers are surprised by how little motion they actually feel.

So for those of you who cruise often… do you ever really feel the ship rocking? Or do you sometimes forget you’re even on a ship?

Well, I reckon y’all know where my dream vacation is! 🤠💕

Some folks would say the beach. Others might say the mountains. And a few of y’all probably will guess another cruise. The truth be told, the #1 spot on my bucket list right now is a Tennessee travel stop in Cornersville, TN.

Now you might say, “Kim… that ain’t a vacation.” But I beg to differ.

A place where I can grab me a Cup of Ambition ☕, browse all the Dolly goodies, fill up on some Southern BBQ, listen to live music, and soak up a little Dolly magic? Honey, that sounds like a vacation to me.

And if you’ve got a four-legged travel buddy, don’t you worry… Dolly has a place for them too at the Doggy Parton area. 🐾

Now tell me… who else is ready to pile in the car, crank up the Dolly playlist, and head to Tennessee?

As Dolly says, “Well, I couldn’t leave it to beavers.” 💖
