The up coming Gallery Night includes many events including a variety of experiences. (Please note the schedule below.) AND FYI… I have three small paintings on exhibit and for sale at the Fresh HEALTHY Cafe, 416 State St., Erie, Pa, from 5-9pm, Friday, September 27, 2024. Yesterday I was privileged to join other members of Presque Isle Artists Association at their annual picnic at Presque Isle, Beach 7 pavilion. The Artist, Joyce Perowicz, demonstrated at length how she uses oil pastels to create a myriad of beautiful artworks.

Well, Folks…I know it may seem like an excuse, but believe it or not…I have been sick again!!
This time it’s the influenza …I think. I took a home Covid-19 test which showed NEGATIVE! Still sick…coughing, hacking, yuck! Started a painting of flowers, David, my husband bought for me for Valentines Day. Just snippets of the bouquet, cause it was gorgeous! Since Valentine’s Day two more white lilies have popped open!-) ❤️

As many of you know I’ve been I
ill for awhile. I am feeling better. So I’ve decided to sell some of my paintings. All I need to do is copyright them, and uploading the images and prices. I have prints, and paintings. Some are framed, and some are not. Framed pieces cost more because most frames are expensive. I’ll get back on asap.

It’s been since May this year since I have posted. A lot of anxiety and, to tell you the truth, fear has crossed my mind…back and forth, again, and again. Many people know the fear of death, of coming death and if there is a chance to grab life, I would like to think most people would want to grab a chance for more life! I did! AUGUST 8th 2020, I had a pacemaker implanted. I’m 45 days today into my adventure of a computerized controlled heart! I’m getting stronger, and I’m painting!
Beach Glass Festival is coming up quickly on October 8th and 9th at Erie’s Bay Front Convention Center. I wish I had more work ready, but am going to be happy to be there and be alive! It’s going to be a fun day no matter what cause my sweet daughter, Danielle, will be with me!-). OH HAPPY DAY!!!!!!❤️🎨🙌🏻👩‍🎨⭐️🎨🙌🏻👏👏👏👏👏

No Place Like Home Decor is so excited to be hosting T. Alan Kirk for the Gallery Walk this Friday, June 3rd from 5-8pm! We will have 15% off plus refreshments!
Images by T.Alan Kirk consist mostly of photography & digital paintings. Kirk is the owner/operator of Meadville Fine Arts. He edits and prints all of his own images as well as images for other local artists and photographers. This exhibit will include many of his personal images along with several popular museum paintings from old masters such as Rembrandt, Vermeer, Sargent and Bonheur.

For those who check in now and then to see what is going on with my art work I will say I’m still struggling with Atrial Fibulation and Heart Failure. I’m still battling to do my artwork. The struggle with the physical effects of the conditions, the medication, and the emotional junk is a roll a coaster ride. Procedures take planning, time, and some recovery time. I’m waiting for a call from my Cardiologist to let me know what she thinks about the Barostim procedure. Till then I’m waiting…doing artwork and feeling exhausted most of the time…still…knowing I’m blessed cause statistics show 2 out of 4 people with heart failure die within 5 years of their diagnosis. This is my fifth year! To God be the Glory! Thank you Jesus!!
I’m learning a different wet in wet technique, different than what I have known and used for decades, with oils, and so my experimental pieces are interesting, but seem a little clumsy to me. I’ll post a few of those images soon! In the meantime…REJOICE! This is the day the LORD has made! ❤️🎨🎼🎹🎲🌠🎆🎇
