Congratulations, Title Group of Tennessee - Dickson!

We had a wonderful morning celebrating the grand opening of Title Group of Tennessee’s new office in Lyles with a ribbon-cutting and a fantastic turnout from the community.

Their beautiful new space at 5293 Hwy 100 is now open and ready to serve Hickman County with professional, friendly title services you can count on.

We’re proud to welcome this outstanding team to our business community and look forward to seeing them grow right here in Hickman County. Thank you to everyone who came out to support them. It’s always special when neighbors show up for neighbors!

Get Ready for Something Healthy & New at the Bernard Community Center!

The Bernard Community Center is excited to launch Linking Mind & Body Through Good Nutrition. This free 10-week program is designed to help Hickman County families live healthier, happier lives.

📅 Join the Bernard Community Center, Inc, for a special Open House on Sunday, September 7! Come see what the program is all about, pick up the class schedule, and meet the team behind it.

Classes begin September 13th and will be held every other Saturday. Each session is fun, hands-on, and practical, covering:
🥗 How to prepare simple, healthy meals
🛒 Grocery shopping tips & label reading
🍎 Safe food handling
🌽 Finding local, nutritious foods on a budget

This program is free for the whole community, with a special focus on families. Bring the kids, bring a neighbor, and learn how easy it can be to make small changes that lead to big results!

What a fantastic turnout for our August 20th Chamber Member Meeting, over 50 members in attendance! The room was full of great energy, thoughtful conversation, and a shared commitment to moving Hickman County forward. Shout out to Apex Bank for sponsoring!

We were excited to welcome new members, including Kelly Grigsby from Title Group of Tennessee and Mitchell Burns with Underdog Roofing. Be sure to say hello when you see them around!

A big thank you to County Mayor Jim Bates for delivering updates on the State of the County and answering member questions. We also appreciated the presence of several local officials and candidates who joined us; your engagement matters!
