Seems like yesterday when we moved to our current location. That was May of 2013, we had 9 trucks. Of those 9 trucks we had back in the day we still have 7 of those drivers with us, three have become owner operators. The two that are no longer with us have gone out on their own to become successful owner operators that we have a good working relationship with. Back then we had 4 office workers and 1 mechanic. 2 of those office workers are still present, 1 retired, one married into another local trucking company, and the mechanic although no longer working under our roof daily will still lend a helping hand when needed. Is this called retention? Think of how you treat others and enjoy your work. LABOR DAY, let’s go 🤩

Hope everyone is enjoying their Labor Day weekend. I was sipping coffee this morning thinking how amazing it has been working with my peeps thru the years. So many memories. Been truly blessed to have such great people around. If you enjoy what you do and surround yourself with like minded people, the journey can be so rewarding 😎
