Magic Bands will no longer be complimentary with your Disney vacation package. Luckily, you can still purchase them through your My Disney Experience account to use on your vacation. Plastic tickets will be issued to those who opt out of Magic Bands.

Park hopping returns today! There are restrictions based on time (2pm most days) and capacity. It’s important to note that Rise of the Resistance boarding groups can only be obtained in Hollywood Studios before 1pm and requires park reservations.

Thinking about summer travel? Now is a great time to update passports before demand increases in a few weeks. We took my little guy this morning and was told 8-10 weeks for processing.

Park transportation from resorts to parks looks quite different now. Some seats are not available and the bus driver assigns numbered seats for your group. No one is permitted to stand anymore, which is great at the end of the day.

Disney has installed these clear dividers on most slow moving rides. They are loading every row at high crowd levels and sometimes skip rows between traveling groups, in addition to dividers.

Star Wars Land opened today in Hollywood Studios. Unofficial line started around 2am with security checks opening at 3am. Hollywood Studios allowed guests to enter at 4am. Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run had 300 minute wait before 7am.
