Bunkkey is a marketplace where travelers share stays and split costs. Hosts earn money by sharing their extra space, and travelers save money by only paying for the space they need.

We believe the best moments in life are shared with others. Through our platform we hope to foster friendships and make exploring the world more enjoyable and affordable for everyone.

Roost (www.roostgo.com) is a Boston-based travel startup that helps travelers find roommates to share hotel rooms and split the cost. Travelers cut their hotel bills in half and make “travel buddies” while away from home.

We're currently hiring college students to join our Student Ambassador Program. Help us spread the word at your campus! You'll earn money and free travel when you refer people to Roost.

FAQs

1. How does the ambassador program work?
We'll provide you with an invite link. You'll earn $50 of Roost Travel Credit for every person who signs up and makes a booking using your link, plus $20 of cash.

2. Is Roost Safe?
Safety is our #1 priority. Here's a list of some of the features designed to keep you safe.

Verified accounts: All verified users have successfully completed Roost’s multi-step safety screen. This includes passing a background check and confirming their identity. We use industry-leading background screening and identity verification software to do this and verified roommate profiles are clearly marked with a blue star.

Choose your roommate: Who you share a room with is really important. See photos, read reviews, and filter roommate profiles by s*x, age, rating and more. Indicate who you’re comfortable sharing a room with by tagging their profile. You’ll only match with a roommate if you mutually tag each other, or you’ll stay in your own private room.

Ratings and reviews: For any potential roommate, see ratings and read reviews of them from past trips. We continually monitor and evaluate all users and remove users with poor ratings/reviews (this has never been an issue).

On-site roommate ID verification: When you check into your hotel you'll be required to provide an ID that matches the name on your Roost profile. Your roommate must do the same. This ensures that your roommate is the person you’re expecting them to be.
