Built in 1801, North Bend is a Virginia Historic Landmark and is listed on the National Register. The property has connections to President William Henry Harrison's family and served as Union General Philip Sheridan's headquarters during the Civil War.

🔥 Ride & Chill in Charles City 2026 — What an Amazing Day! 🔥

Thank you to everyone who came out on June 6 and made Ride & Chill an unforgettable experience! From the incredible motorcycles, Spyders, and Slingshots that participated in the 5&Dime VA ride supporting the Charles City County Sheriff's Office motor unit, to the live music, vendors, food, and family-friendly fun. Thank you to the vendors, Cody Christian Music , Sounds Funny Band (Micah Bam-Bamm White), MC Sweet O, DJ Bugg, sponsors, volunteers, partners, and every guest who joined us. Your support continues to make Charles City a destination for unique experiences and unforgettable events.

🕒 Public Pool Hours:
Open: 12:00 PM
Close: 7:00 PM

✅ Here’s What to Expect:
• Daily Pass Rates
👶 Ages 0–5: $2.00
🧒 Ages 6–17: $3.00
🧑 Ages 18 & up: $4.00
• Lifeguards on duty at all times
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Proper swimwear is required
• No outside food or glass containers are allowed in the pool area
