One of my college classmates dropped off her boys for a charter and they proceeded to catch the first Lowcountry slam of the year! Finally caught that finicky flounder. Good times!

We were in search of redemption after we collectively dropped the biggest trout of the season in the water while attempting to take a photo. Fortunately, this 32" hog came on board in the bottom of the 9th and was kind enough to hang around for a picture or two!

And we are back.....full send! First charter of the year today and arms feel fine. Maybe a little icing down later today but happy to get back to work!

Jenny made it memorable when she pulled a 29" redfish out of a trout hole!

Well......one of the fringe benefits of not being able to work....is you get to go on vacation yourself during Spring Break. No pluff mud equals turquoise water on pink sand.

And......we're back! Sort of, thanks to for doing the heavy lifting. It appears I'm on track to start running charters by the end of April!

Even better, I was joined by Robyn who was in my graduating class at college. Her first ever redfish had nine spots. Good times!

Things are looking up with the advent of Sping! Arm is out of the sling but even better picked up a new custom trailer for the sled. My first trailer ever that was designed for a skiff.

Successful surgery yesterday to repair a torn bicep. It's going to be awhile before I see any of you on the boat. Main goal is to be ready to go for fly fishing trips out West this summer! 🙏 🎣
