What an amazing couple days I got to spend with my buddy on his water. From watching giant Tarpon surface (no shots that I was ready for) to catching Redfish and Sea trout on the fly. I’ve never had a guide work harder for me and teach me so much. I like to think of myself as a good fly fisherman but some of this humbled me quickly and let me know there is always something else to learn. If you want to have the time of your life with one of the kindest and nicest guides on the water, please get ahold of Capt Karl in the Port Charlotte, FL. You will not be disappointed.

Plenty of cold water to explore when the weather heats up. Spent the morning chasing these guys and what a great time. Tight casting and 7’6” 3 weight rods. Lost count of the Bows and Brookies this morning.
