I have over 30 years experience in the travel industry, as well as a bachelors degree in Tourism Management. I am currently working at Frosch Travel, based in Charlotte NC, as a member of their national sales team helping clients throughout the United States in planning their vacations. I'm a Certified Travel Counselor and Accredited Cruise Counselor and hold many Destination Specialist accreditations, including the following areas: Caribbean, Western Europe, USA, Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Latin America, Australia, South Pacific, East Asia and Africa. I am also accredited as a LifeStyle Travel Specialist in the areas of Luxury Travel and Destination Weddings/Honeymoons. I am also a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge (having formerly worked for Walt Disney World) as well as a Platinum Level Certified Specialist with Sandals Resorts/Beaches Resort. I have completed numerous certification programs with specific destination tourist boards including Jamaica, Bahamas, Cancun, Aruba, Hawaii, Turks & Caicos, and the U.S. I have also completed many cruiseline (Princess Cruises, Holland America, Carnival Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity) and river cruise (AMA Waterways, Uniworld River Cruises, Viking River Cruises, American Queen Steamboat Company, American Cruise Lines) and tour company (Collette Vacations, Trafalgar Tours, Insight Vacations, Walt Disney Travel Company) specific certification/training programs. I have also worked with many business, churches, family groups and social groups in creating memorable getaways/incentive programs.
