First full day in Disneyland!

Currently living our best magical lives in Disneyland and I don’t think I’ve stopped smiling since we walked through the gates! There’s just something about this place—the music, the rides, the characters, the joy on the kids’ faces… it’s pure happiness.

This is what memories are made of.

We finally made it to Cars Land in Disneyland… and it was everything our little Cars fan could’ve dreamed of and more! Watching their face light up as we walked down Route 66 in Radiator Springs was pure magic.

From meeting Lightning McQueen and Mater in real life, to racing through the desert on Radiator Springs Racers, every moment was straight out of the movie they love so much.

The details are unreal—Flo’s V8 Café, Luigi’s Casa Della Tires, even the Cozy Cone Motel… it all felt like stepping right into the screen.

If you have a little one who’s obsessed with Cars, put this on your must-do list. Watching their imagination come to life is a memory we’ll never forget!

Ka-chow! We’re kicking off our Disneyland adventure in the most epic way possible — racing straight into the magic. Buckle up, this trip is going to be fast, fun, and full of memories!

One more sleep until i’m back in the most magical place on earth—Disneyland!
I’m so excited I can hardly stand it… not just because I love Disney (which I really do), but because I get to share it all over again with my kids and husband- this is their first time at Disneyland!!

Some of my favorite childhood memories are from Disney trips—those moments of pure joy, wonder, and a little pixie dust. And now I get to relive it all through their eyes.

Is it chaotic traveling with little kids? Absolutely.
Will someone definitely cry before we even get through the gates? Probably. Do I regret it? Not for a second. I will never pass up the opportunity to create memories with my family ❤️

I’m here for the meltdowns, the Mickey ears, the sugar highs, and those priceless “first time on the ride” reactions. Childhood is short. The memories last forever (and so do the photos I’ll be forcing everyone to take).

Let’s do this, Disneyland—we’re coming in hot!

ADVENTURES BY DISNEY
🏜️Arizona and Utah 🌄
Day 7 recap:

What a day of adventure and beauty! It all started with a delicious breakfast at Hoodoo Moab, setting the tone for an exciting day ahead.

We headed to Arches National Park, and the landscape was absolutely stunning! It truly felt like something straight out of a sculpture garden, with massive sandstone arches stretching up toward the sky. We had the option to hike up to Delicate Arch, Utah's iconic symbol, or explore the Window Section, which features the stunning Double Arch. The scenery was beyond words, and we were captivated by the park’s unique geological history—our guide explained how these remarkable formations came to be over millions of years.

After all the exploring, it was time for lunch in downtown Moab. There were so many great choices, from Southwestern and Mexican to traditional American dishes. We took the opportunity to try something local and had a delicious meal in the heart of this charming town.

The afternoon was free for us to enjoy at Hoodoo Moab, whether that meant relaxing at the hotel or participating in one of the many exciting activities Moab has to offer. Known as the Adventure Capital of the World, there’s no shortage of things to do—whether you're into outdoor adventures or just looking to unwind.

There were some additional activities outside the hotel that sounded thrilling. We decided to immerse ourselves in the landscape and adventure, because hey when in Rome! We spent our free time on UTV vehicles climbing the hills and what felt like defying the laws of gravity!

To end the day, we gathered for a Farewell Dinner at the hotel, with some amazing down-home cookin'. The evening was full of great food and laughter, as we toasted to new friendships and the unforgettable experiences of the past week. There was even a special surprise tribute, a heartfelt way to remember this incredible journey through Arizona and Utah. It was the perfect conclusion to a week of fun, family bonding, and adventure!

🌅 Arizona and Utah 🌄

DAY 6:
What a fantastic day of adventure! I started the morning by watching the breathtaking sunrise
over Monument Valley. It was one of those moments you just have to soak in. After the sunrise, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast at the lodge, fueling up for the day ahead.

Next, we made our way to Moab, Utah. Upon arriving, we headed to Hoodoo Moab for a
delicious group lunch—a great way to settle in before the afternoon's adventure.

The highlight of the day was the River Rafting on the Colorado River! We rafted through Class I-III rapids, surrounded by some of the most stunning scenery you can imagine. The local guides were fantastic, pointing out natural wonders as we made our way down the river. It was such an exhilarating way to experience Moab's rugged beauty.

After rafting, we had some free time at Hoodoo Moab. The town is known as the Adventure
Capital of the World, and it’s easy to see why! There’s no shortage of things to do—whether
you're relaxing or looking for something more adventurous. For those wanting to push their
limits, there are plenty of off-property activities, though some may come at an extra cost.

The day wrapped up with a dinner at the hotel. As guests we were able to dine at our leisure but everyone in the group becomes ao close we all ate as a group!

It was the perfect way to wind down after a day filled with excitement!

☀️ Arizona and Utah ❄️

DAY 5:
Woke up to the Grand Canyon COVERED in snow!

After a delicious breakfast to fuel up for the day, we began our journey to Monument Valley. The ride was a scenic one, crossing vast plains, rolling mountains, and mesas, giving us glimpses of the wild beauty that has made this location famous, especially in Hollywood Westerns.

Because of the snow, our ride to Utah was a bit slower than anticipated, but in true Disney fashion, the guides were quick to think on their feet and made some necessary last minute changes. As the guests, we did not have to worry about any of the hiccups we were experiencing one of the absolute perks of an Adventures by Disney trip!!!

Once we arrived at Goulding's Lodge, we were settled into our Hillside Suite, with views that
made you feel like you were right in the heart of the valley. The resort offers plenty to do,
including a year-round heated indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor sun deck, a fitness room, and a
unique Trading Post museum showcasing relics from a bygone era. We took some time to relax
and enjoy the views before heading out for our next adventure.

The highlight of the day was the Monument Valley Excursion. Riding across the valley with a
Navajo guide, I learned so much about the history and significance of the area. The guide
shared fascinating insights as we explored the valley's secret corners and marveled at the iconic buttes and mesas that make Monument Valley so famous. Because we were part of an Adventures by Disney trip, our guide took us to a spot that is typically not available to regular guests!

To wrap up the day, we gathered around for a Navajo taco cookout dinner. The meal was
delicious, and as we ate, we were treated to Navajo storytelling, where we heard captivating
tales about Native American life, both past and present. It was a memorable way to connect
with the culture and history of the land we were exploring.

A day filled with stunning landscapes, rich culture, and unforgettable experiences!

DAY 4 recap
🏜️Arizona and Utah

What an amazing day of exploration at the Grand Canyon National Park!

After a delicious breakfast, we were ready for our Privately Guided Tour with a knowledgeable naturalist guide. As we traveled along the South Rim, we were treated to some of the most breathtaking vistas you can imagine—truly a highlight of the trip.

Our guide shared fascinating insights into the
geology and history of the Grand Canyon, making this experience not just scenic but also
educational.

After the tour, we had a relaxed lunch, and then it was time for some free time to explore the
park on our own. We chose to hike one of the scenic trails along the South Rim.The trails offer incredible views and the chance to get a closer look at the stunning landscape.

Whether we were on foot or just soaking in the surroundings, it was a perfect afternoon to take
in the grandeur of the Grand Canyon until it began to snow like crazy!

For dinner, we had the flexibility to choose where to eat. After a full day of adventure, we sat
down for a leisurely meal, chatting about all the amazing sights we’d seen.

The Adventure Guides were super helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations that matched our preferences. It was the perfect way to wind down after a day of exploration in one of the world’s most iconic natural wonders!
