Some catching up to do… amazing summer racing in Australia for Team
USA, world’s multisport festival. Run swim run was the aquathlon format and each leg was fun! It was nice to be back in my familiar ocean environment ❤️🇺🇸🇦🇺❤️ now to plan the next adventure 😀

This was a great way to finish up 2022, awesome kids in the studio then off to high school practice to swim with those brave enough to show up and swim their first 1500m event 💗

I love holiday swim practices! The high school team I coach loves them too! And it seems this uni also enjoys them….Came across one of my christmas tree sets on their website. Fun!
