Three years ago, a side hustle idea started on a family trip to Dirty Myrtle 😂
Travel had been in me since I was a kid my parents planted that early. Studying abroad in Ireland, then years as a road warrior medical device rep, planning our group Europe trips, annual snowboarding trips, surprising my wife with a trip every year I caught the bug hard.
I just wanted to share how great travel could be. So I started a podcast with a laptop and zoom interviewing friends. Lots of failures. Lots of iterations. Working 7 days a week for 3 years straight until I finally found my groove.
Along the way through my own travel, real estate investing, and building the business I realized something: the advanced credit card points strategies I thought “everyone” knew?
Most people have no idea they exist.
The more conversations I had, the clearer it got: this is something people genuinely need help with, and I understand it simply enough to teach it.
That became the business.
I’ve made every points and travel mistake imaginable which is why I’m so direct and blunt about it on social.
I love working with high-performing entrepreneurs, business owners, and high earning professionals who want the same thing I wanted more luxury travel, done smarter
and paid for by someone else aka points.
It hasn’t been easy.
So many failures, so many pivots, and a real investment in coaching and masterminds to get here.
I was tired of the corporate grind territories cut every year and quotas climbing, same things at different companies.
Then, 2 days before my wedding in March 2025, the best thing that could’ve happened to me happened:
I got laid off for “performance.”
Right before I was about to close a huge deal.
I still laugh about that one when I need a little motivation on the hard days.
My wife looked at me right after and said: “Aren’t you glad you started this a year and a half ago?”
Sometimes it just takes one decision and a fierce drive, plus the right people around you — to get where you’re supposed to be.
