Greetings from the top end of Australia on a Tuesday night. What an amazing day from our tour that ran from 9a-4p today. We went fishing. Had lunch in Humpty Doo, and went to a museum/art gallery. If you’ve never been to Darwin, here is what makes the Northern Territory’s capital so unique:

• Wild History: More WWII bombs were dropped on Darwin than on Pearl Harbor, and the city has been rebuilt multiple times after major cyclones.

• Crocs & Nature: It’s famous for having more saltwater crocodiles than people, plus stunning spots nearby like Litchfield National Park and Berry Springs.

• Vibrant Culture & Markets: An incredible multicultural food scene, open-air spots like the Mindil Beach Sunset Markets, and a laid-back, welcoming tropical lifestyle.

Catching the sunset over Darwin Harbour tonight during our welcome reception made me realize why people fall in love with the Top End! 🌅
