April 2026

I’ve sat down to write this post more times than I can count over the past two weeks, and every time I get stuck in the same place—because “thank you” just doesn’t feel like enough.

But before this month ends, I need to try to express my gratitude.

This award showed up in my mailbox and left me speechless. While my name may be on it, it truly belongs to so many of you. Every person who trusted me to plan your vacations, supported my small business, encouraged me when times were hard or I was overwhelmed, colleagues who walked beside me, to those of you who shared Crew Travel with friends and family, or simply believed in me along the way—this is because of you.

I’m incredibly honored to have been named a Top Agent for 2025, placing in the top 1% out of 12,000 agents in my host agency. Even typing that still feels surreal.

Almost 10 years ago, I started Crew Travel as a part-time business, helping families plan trips to “the most magical place on earth”. Over time, those families grew, their travel dreams grew, and they kept coming back challenging me to expand my destination knowledge and inviting their friends and family along the way.

January 2020, I took a leap and went full-time, expanding into more destinations… and then COVID hit. Like many in the travel industry, I wasn’t sure what the future would hold. But I kept going, booking what I could, adapting along the way and here we are.

Today, Crew Travel is sending clients all over the world—Mediterranean cruises, African safaris, European river cruises, Arctic expeditions, beautiful beach destinations, train journeys through the Canadian Rockies, and so much more. And yes…we do still love sending you to the most magical place on earth (in Central Florida) it just isn’t all we do anymore.

The greatest reward in all of this has been the relationships—getting to know your families, your travel interests and being a small part of your vacation memories. Clients turned friends. What a blessing it has been. Now, I may meet a new supplier, tour a new cruise ship or visit a new resort and I immediately think “Family X” would love it here. Many times I am texting you that day sharing the destination with you.

So while this award has my name on it, it reflects every single one of you. If you didn’t book with me this award wouldn’t have been possible.

This award now has a place in my office, alongside a few special pieces I’ve picked up during my travels over the past year.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me.

I arrived today in Amsterdam for the ASTA River Cruise Expo. I will step foot on 16 different river cruise ships this week and learn more information than my brain can handle. I am so excited for this opportunity to be here. Crew Travel 2025 Year in Review.

Whew!! Wow!!! What a year.

A year of business growth, personal change and an incredible amount of new destinations visited by myself and YOU!!

The biggest change for me was not professionally but personally….we became empty nesters. As hard as it has been to transition to a quiet home it opened up a personal opportunity for me to finally travel a little more. I visited 4 new countries/destinations in 5 months which was a big change for me. I typically only take 1-2 business trip a year because I knew the years at home with my kids were short so I rarely travelled without my “crew”!! That changed the second half of 2025. While I discovered traveling alone is not my preference I learned so much these last 6 months and am adding more destinations for 2026 so I can better serve you.

The most memorable vacation for me was taking a group cruise on Utopia of the Seas in May. It was my first hosted group cruise and will not be my last. We celebrated our high school graduate with family friends we’ve been doing “life” with since preschool. Not only did the cruise exceed all my expectations but the company was even better. Memories, stories and pictures to last a lifetime. Group vacations have quickly become one of my favorite things to book. It did inspire our business name after all. Crew Travel sent over 200+ people on group cruises alone in 2025 and 2026 is shaping up to look similar for group cruise and land travel. If you don’t know where to start. New destination experiences took me to Newfoundland and Quebec City via my first cruise on Holland America, a week stay touring 15 resorts in Cabo, a trip to my top selling resort, Beaches Turks and Caicos, with an extended stay to visit several other resorts on the island and in October a week in Gran Canaria. I toured the island, learned all about the local culture and had an intense week of European industry training where I met many new contacts to make your travels across Europe even more custom and tailored. Numerous supplier and tourism board dinners along with industry trainings across the US rounded out a full year of MAJOR growth for Crew Travel. We blew our target goals out of the water. I’m still blown away and extremely grateful to everyone who was patient through some growing pains and entrusted your vacations to Crew Travel.

I wish I had the time to pull together all the travel stats into a pretty format but trust me they are impressive.

Now to look forward. 2026 is coming in like a freight train whether I’m ready or not. For returning clients you will see a new refreshed logo, new streamlined procedures and new terms and conditions. For new clients, welcome! I look forward to getting to know you, learning your preferences and curating your perfect vacations. It truly is a pleasure to be chosen to help you with all your travel inspiration over the years. Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, graduation celebrations, empty nester couple trips, bucket list vacations, family reunion, business incentive trips and more.

2026 is going to be great.

Day 2 of 20 Destination Highlights

Canadian Rockies, Banff National Park, Canada

Banff National Park is purely magical. The hustling activity of wildlife enjoying the lush landscape and rushing waterfalls in the summer give way to gorgeous colors in the fall. Then all goes silent and white and it turns into a magical winter wonderland.

The top three ways we offer to see Banff/Jasper/Icefields Parkway and YOHO is through a personal custom self drive trip, Rocky Mountaineer (a luxury rail segment with incredible 5 star hotels) and small group adventures led by Tauck, A&K, Adventures by Disney and more.

There is so much to see that one trip is just not enough.

Banff still holds the number 1 spot on my favorite destination list.

Day 1 of 20 Crew Travel 2025 Destination Highlights

Los Cabos, Mexico

Los Cabos is a resort area located on the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula in Mexico, known for its diverse landscape where desert meets the sea. The landscape really surprised me. I loved the mix of desert and vibrant floral colors throughout many of the resorts. Los Cabos consists of three main areas: the bustling, resort-focused Cabo San Lucas; the historic and charming San José del Cabo; and the tourist corridor which connects the two. Many of the resorts you see featured here are located in this corridor. Cabo offers a wide range of activities, including deep-sea fishing, whale watching, golf, snorkeling and diving, and some incredible cuisine. The guacamole was divine!

Many of the beaches in Cabo are not swimmable due to the rocky terrain of the Pacific Ocean but the views are some of the best I’ve seen. There are several swimmable areas in the Sea of Cortez on the inland side of the peninsula or you can always jump on a charter and enjoy the inviting ocean waters from sea. There is something for everyone in Cabo. 🌎🌊🌴☀️🏝️🥑🛥️🤿

Well…we’re here. The last presentation of the week. Kensington!!! The European Travel Agent Forum has been a truly immersive learning experience. I’ve built great relationships with so many in destination partners in Italy, Greece, Croatia, Switzerland, Holland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Finland and SO MUCH MORE!! My brain hurts but stay tuned I will be posting more once I get home and catch my breath. November will be Vacations by Crew Travel annual daily destination spotlight just in time for you to plan a gift to put under the tree.
